Orban added that he will now be the one who comes out of him. Some participants in the press conference applauded these words, including Netanyag.
According to him, in recent years this is no longer an impartial court, but a “political court”.
The “democratic rule of law”, which, according to Orban, is Hungary, “cannot participate in it.”
He added that the ISS has become a political tool, and therefore Hungary will no longer be a participant.
In his turn, Netanyaga called Hungary a bold step from the ISS, which he called a “corrupt organization”, which “threatens democracy”.
“You are the first state to leave this rot … You have shown extraordinary courage in the face of anti -Semitism,” he said.
Earlier, the head of the Hungarian Prime Minister Hergey Guyash stated that on Thursday, the Government initiated the withdrawal of Hungary from the International Criminal Court.
Subsequently, it became known that Orban signed a government decision, which begins the procedure of leaving the country from the International Criminal Court in the Hague.
These news came on the day when Victor Orban accepts in Budapest, the Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyag.
