The deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Maryna Honda, explained how the payments will be made. According to her, the payment procedure is currently being developed. It will be available on the Defenders and Defenders Portal.

The Department of Social and Veteran Policy of the KMDA is currently working on the development of the payment procedure.
