The Russian military is actively attacking the drones of the M-14 Kherson-Mykolaiv highway, which is why traffic restrictions are possible, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Alexander Proudin said.

He urged residents not to move this route unnecessarily.

“From yesterday evening we see the high activity of Russian drones along the M-14 Kherson-Mykolaiv route. The enemy purposefully attacks civil transport. Therefore, I urge: without urgent need, do not move this route, ”Proudin wrote in a telegram.

He added that in the case of fixing Russian drones, the roads will be temporarily overlapped. “I ask you to consider this when planning trips and if possible to choose another route. Together with the military, we do everything possible to stabilize the situation, ”the head of the Ova added.

The UN mission has previously stated that exacerbation of hostilities along the front line in Ukraine leads to the death and injuries of civilians, the destruction of critically important infrastructure, stopping the provision of basic services and new waves of movement.

The mission estimated that in 2025, more than 60% of all killed and wounded among civilians were in frontline areas, mainly as a result of Russian artillery shelling, RSSV strikes, the use of airbombs and drones of the near action radius.
