Criminal proceedings on the commission of a war crime that caused the death of man (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to operational data, on April 11, 2025, three military personnel of the Armed Forces performed service and combat tasks at the position near the village of Rozdolne Volnovaksky District. During the assault actions, the forces of the Russian Federation were captured-one of the unarmed Ukrainian military representatives of the Army of the State-aggressor was shot from automatic weapons.
