Filashkin’s direct speech: “This afternoon, the Russians dropped three guided aerial bombs on the city. 2 people were killed and at least 12 were injured. Three children were among the injured.

2 high-rise buildings, shops and cars were damaged.”

  • As a result of the Russian shelling of Kramatorsk and the village of Shakhove in the Donetsk region on the afternoon of September 23, a 45-year-old woman was killed, 10 more people were injured, including 2 children.
