“Yesterday our city was the most massive air attack by the enemy during the war. More than 16 hours continued continuous air anxiety. Dozens of enemy drones attacked our community. Unfortunately, there were several objects of critical infrastructure. One enterprise had a double damage, resulting in temporarily lacking energy, water supply in some areas of our city, ”he said in his video message.
According to him, in the afternoon on Sunday, one of the drones and its wreckage fell in the city center, and later the Russian Federation attacked a private oil depot, resulting in a fire.
“More than 20 units of fire equipment were involved. At the end of the elimination of this fire, the enemy was repeated, resulting in three rescuers were framed. They are currently undergoing treatment at our city hospital, ”he added.
The UN Human Rights experts noted that in August 2025, the strikes of Russian nearby radius have caused more victims among civilians in Ukraine than any other weapon: 58 civilians were killed and 272 were injured.
