Separately, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Defense of the United Kingdom David Lemmy and John Gili carry out bilateral consultations with Ukrainian government officials.

- As it is noted, Gili should also meet Kellog Kit, a special envoy by Donald Trump in Ukraine, which represents the United States in these negotiations instead of Marco Rubio, US Secretary of State.
- Ukraine in London is represented by the Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga, Presidential Head Andriy Yermak, as well as the Minister of Defense of Rustem Umerov.
- The Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that the meeting of foreign ministers of the United States, Ukraine, France, Britain and Germany was not due to the fact that “failed to bring positions” on some issues.
