Details: According to the presenter of the judiciary, in 2022 was brought to administrative liability (arrest with keeping at the guardhouse) under Article 172-20 of the Code of Administrative Offenses 1569 military, and in 2023 – 4266. The 2024 report has not yet been formed.
The UP tried to find out how many protocols under Article 172-20 of the Code of Administrative Offenses made up the military since the beginning of a full-scale war. However, the Military Law Enforcement Service (VSP) refused to provide such data as they have restricted access.
Recall: Article 172-20 of the Code of Administrative Offenses provides for punishment for military or drug use in the form of a fine of 17 to 34 thousand hryvnias or arrest at a guardhouse from 10 to 15 days-by court decision.
