According to the investigation, in the spring of 2021, during a corporate conflict between the exnarary and the developer for controlling the capital market “Capital” in the suburbs of Kiev, the latter arose intention of withdrawal of market assets on controlled legal entities and individuals.
NABU argues that for the implementation of this plan, the employees of the Main Directorate of the State Geocadastre in the Kiev region, contrary to the established procedure, made a change in the State Century, further leased to the company under the control of the developer.
“After that, the head of the company abandoned part of the land leased in favor of 9 predetermined persons, who on the basis of the order of Acting The head of the Main Directorate of the State Geocadastre in the Kyiv region in violation of the rules of land legislation was owned by 9 land plots of 18 hectares, ”the message reads.
Subsequently, according to NABU, these land plots on the basis of the apparent transactions were sold to three societies associated with the developer, and in the process of resolving the conflict, the developer and the exNAR Deputy signed a memorandum (“concept”) for the joint use Land owners.
The further disposal of the land massif was stopped by the arrest imposed at the request of the SAP prosecutors.
NABU adds that the former MP of Ukraine from the Party of Regions and two persons, a capital developer and a person under control of it, as well as the excluder of the Regional Department of the State Geocadastre of Ukraine, are involved in the implementation of the equipment. Everyone was informed of suspicion under Part 5 of Art. 191 (appropriation, misappropriation of property or seizure by abuse of office) and Part 3 of Art. 209 (legalization) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Ivanyushchenko and other persons involved in this case were not publicly commented.
The business partner of the former President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych expetate from the Party of Regions Yuri Ivanyushchenko, still known as Yura Yanakiyevsky fled from Ukraine after the Revolution of Dignity. He was in criminal cases concerning the appropriation and waste of property, illegal enrichment, complicity in the commission of criminal offenses, which was why he was wanted. In 2017, the EU abolished sanctions against Ivanyushchenko due to the closure of criminal proceedings against him in Ukraine. He was later removed from the search. In 2019, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine announced the restoration of Yuri Ivanyushchenko’s criminal proceedings.
