The Prosecutor General’s Office reported suspicion of the official of the National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ukraine in the declaration of false information in the amount of more than UAH 4 million.

At this time, a law enforcement officer, whose name in the office of the Prosecutor General is not called, was informed of suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The OGP noted that in the case of proving guilt, the suspect threatens punishment in the form of restraint of liberty for a term of up to two years, with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years.
