According to the investigation, on April 7, a conflict between a man serving a driver in the management of state protection and minors arose at the station of the capital’s funicular. At the upper station, the law enforcement officer pushed a teenager, he smashed his head with his head cut his neck. The young man died on the spot.
Subsequently, the State Bureau of Investigation reported that the examination confirmed that the attacker was intoxicated – 1.2 ppm of alcohol in the blood.
The DBR reported on April 9 that the suspect in the murder of a teenager at a funicular station in Kiev does not admit his guilt.
But last week, the accused Artem Kosov in the last word in court pleaded guilty and repent. He stated that he did not want to kill the young man and did not intention.
