More than half of Ukrainians have never used artificial intelligence – a KIM survey

The Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS) conducted an all -Ukrainian survey, which was added to the use of artificial intelligence. In total, 1029 respondents were interviewed from 18 years, of which 64% have never used artificial intelligence.

9% tried to use artificial intelligence, but did not find it in everyday rye. Only 26% of respondents have practical use, of which 9% use it several times a month or less, 12% are used daily or almost daily, and 5% – several times a month.

The most regular artificial intelligence is used by persons between the ages of 18 and 29, such as 54%. Only 4% of those surveyed from 60 years of age are used.

Residents of cities are more actively used than villages. Among the urban population, the level of regular use is 21%, while among the rural population – only 9%.

There is also a big difference between the well -being of people who use artificial intelligence. The better the financial situation in the respondents, the more they use new technologies.

Regarding the influence of artificial intelligence on the world and people, almost half of the respondents believe that technologies contain many risks and are more close to significant problems. 39% believe that AI contributes to progress and brings humanity closer to a better future. 16% were unable to decide.
