In Kyiv, from Thursday, January 16, abandoned cars that were damaged by enemy missiles and drones and their wreckage will be removed.

As Ukrinform reports, Timur Tkachenko, head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, announced this on Facebook.

According to him, more than a thousand abandoned cars have been recorded in Kyiv today. “Most of them have become a symbol of the criminal actions of the terrorist neighbor, for whom destruction and murder are the main goals,” Tkachenko stated.

He noted that many of these vehicles create serious problems: they narrow the passage for rescue equipment and spoil the appearance of the streets and yards where they are left.

“Tomorrow (January 16 – ed.) we will start the process of removing such vehicles. At the next meeting of the Defense Council, together with the relevant services, we will work out an effective mechanism that will allow us to quickly remove damaged cars in the future,” informed the head of the KMVA.
