He reminded that in the last six months, it was possible to introduce direct conscription of military units, so that a person could get to the chosen place of service.
“Over the past six months, we have been able to improve our own mobilization and recruiting policy by introducing the so-called direct conscription into military units, which eliminates any risk of enlisting in the wrong place where a person has chosen. Today, it is possible to mobilize immediately upon arriving in a military unit, without visiting recruiting centers, without entering training centers and being assigned to training centers. That is, absolutely everything is guaranteed regarding the choice of a specific citizen, his service in the chosen position,” Grezev assures.
In addition, the head of the recruiting agency noted that during the year of work, it was possible to integrate into various digital applications, which greatly simplifies the life of a serviceman.
“In general, a lot was done this year. And Lobby X has recently been integrated into the state application “Action”. There is an opportunity to join the “Drone Army” through the service, to choose a specific position among the relevant units that deal with unmanned systems, to choose a narrow specialization. All this is also thanks to the integration of the Ministry of Digital and our military recruiting system, our IT system, we have integration with the Reserve+ application for conscripts. There is an integration with the website of the Ministry of Defense Army.Gov.ua, there is an integration with the recruitment portal of the Main Directorate of Intelligence “Stav Plus”, with the recruitment portal of the State Border Service,” Grezev noted.
Another direction of the company’s work today is the employment of veterans who have to find themselves in civilian life. The corresponding department was created 4 months ago.
“We launched a career counseling program. More than 200 veterans are currently undergoing or have already completed this program and found a new job. As of today, we are conducting employment events aimed at getting to know companies and employers who are interested in veterans, and veterans who are interested in finding their vocation,” Grezev said.

Grezev added that the Lobby X company is working on the creation of new, larger projects for the employment of veterans together with the Ministry of Veterans and the Ukrainian Veterans Fund.
As reported by Ukrinform, since November 15, the function of submitting a report on a change of service location has been activated in the Army+ application. Now servicemen of the Armed Forces can quickly and without excessive bureaucracy submit a report for transfer to another unit.
