“This war has mobilized all military capabilities of the involved countries. Only three states – Ukraine, Russia and North Korea – gain direct experience in the full -scale war of the 21st century. The future North Korean army will be radically different from the past,” the head of the GUR emphasized.

Budanov emphasized that the aggressor state of Russia and the DPRK deepen military cooperation in the field of technologies, science and industry.
