Details: Earlier, European Truth, citing sources, reported that Kyiv and Chisinau, without waiting for the official assessment and invitation from the EU (which were still considered compulsory stages of the introductory process), have been transferred to Brussels by road cards “Road Cards”, which are expected to be defined as the opening criteria.

The main technical condition for the start of negotiations is the transfer of the EU, in accordance with the negotiation frame, road cards and their positive assessment by the European Commission.

Earlier, the source of “Euro Pravda” noted that Kyiv and Chisinau were transferred to the approved cards to Brussels and the Polish presidency last Thursday, May 15. This procedure was not officially communicated.

Such steps should reduce the pause caused by the Hungarian veto, but they are a deviation from the expansion procedure that the EU has applied to other candidate states. However, Ukraine agreed these actions with the Polish chairmanship and with the European Commission.
