“The TCC sends seriously ill people to the troops without a real examination, forcing units to compete not to receive unfit ones. The system is cracking, and the fighting capacity is falling.”, — write: www.pravda.com.ua
How the scheme works now: men are picked up on the streets of the TCC and WITHOUT REAL VLK they are ALL sent at once to the AS SUITABLE section, where they begin to pass the BZVP.
Two men with schizophrenia who have been on psychotropic therapy for years!!! and who came to my doctors with a request that they could at least be given drugs from home;
Advertising:
a man with a brain tumor;
a man with deforming osteoarthritis of the 3rd degree of the right hip joint, avascular NECROSIS of the right femur of the 3rd degree (in simple words, the person needs replacement of the hip joints);
two with congenital deafness;
one with an open form of tuberculosis;
and… LOTS LOTS of people with alcoholic delirium (psychosis associated with alcohol abuse – ed.)
And during the selection, real hunger games between units begin with these “incomes”. After all, it is OBLIGATED to analyze them, regardless of the condition, diagnoses and common sense. Someone will be lucky and manage to refuse the frankly unsuitable, and someone, on the contrary, will “steam” the most difficult case, because the plan must be carried out, and the person has already been brought in, and he is “treated”. And the divisions among themselves are forced to compete not for the best fighters, but for the sake of not getting another seriously ill person on their neck, who will lie down in the medical unit tomorrow and start to fall.
A separate point of interest is flirting with TCC in taking/not taking. Because if you don’t take them now, they’ll give you a lot of people for the brigade later.
That’s why you should take “dohodyag” now with the condition that next time the TCC will give us at least a little “rex”.
And now all this turns not into the defense of the country, but into a systemic absurdity, where the military on the ground is forced to extract the consequences of someone else’s insanity.
The units are bursting at the seams, doctors are turning not into military specialists, but into nannies for the seriously ill, who should never have been mobilized. And all this for a salary of 20,000 hryvnias (because it’s PEPEDE), without days off!, without normal support and without real support – simply because someone “above” decided that numbers are more important than health, and statistics are more important than common sense.
As a result, the state receives not combat-capable fighters, but colossal costs for treatment, rehabilitation, disability registration – and at the same time loses resources, time and people who could really strengthen the defense. Everyone loses: the army, doctors, society, the system itself.
And as long as it lasts, the question “nah**” will be heard from every unit, every medical unit and every trench. Because this is not just a bureaucratic miscalculation – it is a deliberate scumbag that destroys what is still based on the enthusiasm and humanity of those who actually work on the ground.
If this is not changed, then no mobilization will be effective – it will simply eat itself.
