“In particular, as a result of the enemy’s actions, 327 objects, which are part of 125 health care facilities, were completely destroyed. Medical facilities in Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhya and Mykolaiv regions suffered the greatest damage,” the report says.
According to the Ministry of Health, 703 facilities have been fully restored, another 325 are in a state of partial restoration, and 65 facilities that were previously restored were damaged as a result of repeated Russian attacks.
Data on objects located in the occupied territories remain limited due to the lack of an opportunity to confirm the extent of the destruction, the ministry noted.
In addition, as reported by the Ministry of Health, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia in Ukraine, 283 emergency medical vehicles were destroyed, another 171 vehicles were damaged, and 80 were captured by the Russian troops.
The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.
The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
