“The Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, Oleksiy Sobolev, said that the house of the former Minister of Internal Affairs of Viktor Yanukovych’s time, Vitaly Zakharchenko, was put up for auction, but they were unsuccessful. According to him, the house, which has not been exhibited for a long time, was exhibited on “Prozorro” to find a manager, but no one came. According to the law, until the moment of such an act, the pre-trial investigation body or the prosecutor’s office is responsible for preserving the property, and ARMA does not have physical access to the object. “There was an attempt to hold such competitions in 2022, but then the winner was not chosen. The previous management of the Agency later canceled them. Tenders for Zakharchenko’s assets were renewed in the Prozorro system in September of this year, but the auctions did not take place again – there were no interested parties,” he told reporters. Sobolev said that ARMA is currently collecting market offers to form the conditions of these assets for further tendering – all tenders for the selection of managers are conducted exclusively through the Prozorro system.”, — write: www.radiosvoboda.org

According to People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak from “Holos”, former Minister of Justice Herman Galushchenko secretly lived in a house that previously belonged to Vitaliy Zakharchenko.
“NABU’s search of Energy Minister Galushchenko led to a very interesting place: a house in Tsarskoye Selo, from which he suddenly left in October, but the night before the search, for some reason, decided to spend the night there,” Zheleznyak wrote on his social networks.
On November 19, the Verkhovna Rada dismissed the Ministers of Energy and Justice Svitlana Grynchuk and Herman Galushchenko. Both then did not come to the parliament session.
Galushchenko did not comment on Zheleznyak’s statement about living in Zakharchenko’s house. Earlier, commenting on the minister’s suspension from his duties, he said that he “does not hold on to the minister’s position” and believes that “suspension for the duration of the investigation is a civilized and correct scenario.”
On November 10, NABU announced the disclosure of the activities of a criminal organization, the main focus of which was “systematic obtaining of illegal benefits from Energoatom’s counterparties in the amount of 10% to 15% of the value of contracts.” NABU claims that funds were legalized through a back office in the center of Kyiv, through which about 100 million dollars passed. According to the investigation, the premises of this office “belonged to the family of former People’s Deputy and now Russian Senator Andrii Derkach, accused by NABU and SAP in other criminal proceedings.”

NABU detective Oleksandr Abakumov said on the air of the “Ukrainian Pravda” program that during the investigation of this case, detectives “in different situations” recorded four Cabinet ministers. According to him, we are talking about officials from different periods, that is, they are not all four current ministers.
