What happened before: The press secretary of the ruler of the Russian Federation, Dmytro Peskov, stated that Russia will not withdraw from the negotiation process regarding the end of the war in Ukraine, but will conduct negotiations primarily with the Americans and threatened to strengthen the “negotiating position”.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andriy Sybiga, noted that during the day, Russia did not provide any credible evidence of Ukraine’s alleged attack on Putin’s residence. Sybiga added that the Russian Federation would not provide anything, because there was no attack.

- Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Serhiy Lavrov, said that Ukraine allegedly struck the residence of the Russian leader Vladimir Putin on Monday night, as a result of which the negotiating position will be “revised.”
- According to Lavrov, on Monday night, Ukraine allegedly attacked Putin’s residence in the Novgorod region (probably the residence in Valdai) using 91 attack UAVs. As a result, Lavrov claims, “Russia’s negotiating position will be revised,” but Russia allegedly has no intention of withdrawing from the negotiation process with the United States regarding Ukraine.
