Details: Sybiga, who was invited to participate in the Ukraine-NATO Council (RUN), which was held on the sidelines of the Alliance’s ministerial meeting, emphasized that he had received promises from partners in Brussels to finance the purchase of arms for $1 billion.

“We have about a billion dollars in additional confirmations from our allies to support our army, the Ukrainian soldier through the PURL program,” he said.
According to Sybiga, if compared with previous meetings in which he participated, the meeting of ministers of NATO member states on December 3 is “the most productive in terms of contributions and decisions of participating countries for our defense.”
“The conversation was very substantive. There were concrete things and the need for practical actions right now to stabilize the front, to strengthen Ukraine’s position at the negotiating table,” he explained.
As reported, Norway announced in Brussels that gives another half a billion for American weapons for the Armed Forces.
