They noted that this list includes a number of points that both Ukraine and the Trump administration are considered unacceptable, calling it an obvious attempt to disrupt Moscow.
Even before the last round of negotiations, President Trump was disappointed with the lack of progress on the way to peace.
Officials familiar with his thoughts say that although he has criticized Ukraine and Russia earlier, in recent days, he is increasingly distanced from them, ABC News adds.
Earlier, Trump threatened to impose new sanctions against Moscow, but after the second round of negotiations, which ended on Monday, June 2, there were no signs that the administration took some steps to perform his threat.

On June 2, the second round of negotiations of delegations of Ukraine and Russia in Istanbul took place. The meeting lasted about an hour.
According to Reuters, Ukraine has put forward a number of proposals for negotiations, including the lack of obligation to have a neutral status and non -recognition of occupied territories in Russian.
In the evening of June 2, Russian state information agencies published the text of the document containing Moscow’s proposals with ceasefire conditions. The Russian Federation, among other things, requires the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from Zaporizhzhya, Donetsk, Luhansk and Kherson regions, as well as international recognition of these four regions by Russian and occupied in 2014.
Also, the text of the Memorandum of the Russian Federation contains a requirement of neutrality of Ukraine, which provides for refusal to join military unions and a ban on the placement of foreign formations in the territory of Ukraine.
At the insistence of the United States Moscow and Kiev, in May, for the first time since the first weeks of a full -scale invasion of Russia, direct negotiations began, but have not yet made significant progress on the way to the Termination of the War.
