Details: To give the resolution of the 59-year-old mayor Drohobych was first invited to the local shopping center, and when the mayor did not come, the management of the shopping center directed a letter to the police on a forced drive. After that, the mayor came to the shopping center.

The mayor of Drohobych, as well as mayors of other cities of the region (Truskavets, Skhidnytsia, Boryslav, Medenich) made resolutions on imposing an administrative penalty for failure to comply with the mobilization task and the disruption of mobilization measures in accordance with the order of the RVA chief. Such a violation provides a fine of about 36 thousand UAH.
Kuchma disagreed with such a decision, according to him, the mayors do not have the authority to send people to the Criminal Code: “There is a resolution that obliges us to carry out mobilization tasks without giving authority. How can the head of the city deliver people to the shopping center for call? “.
He also stated that he did not plan to pay a fine and will challenge it.
