As a result of the Russian mass attack on Kyiv, 28 people were injured, 13 of them were hospitalized in medical facilities, the mayor of the capital Vitaliy Klitschko reported.

Also, the mayor says that in the Shevchenkivskyi district, a residential building was hit, and a team of doctors went to the scene.

“As a result of the enemy’s attack, interruptions in heat and energy supply are observed in the city. Thus, there are currently more than 2,600 residential buildings, 187 kindergartens, 138 schools, and 22 social institutions without centralized heat supply. Energy and utility workers are working to restore energy and heat supply,” Klitschko noted.

According to the mayor, the water pressure on the left bank of the capital has decreased due to damage to the energy supply system.

Russia massively attacked Kyiv with missiles and drones, the mayor of the capital Vitaliy Klitschko reported. Earlier it was known about 11 victims.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
