Direct speech: “Therefore, leaving the service was the most difficult decision I made in my life. I am undergoing the necessary treatment. After all, even the indomitable sometimes need to be patched up a little to keep afloat. After all, service in the army always requires sacrificing health. And without timely recovery can all become useless.”
Details: Marchenko thanked everyone who supported and helped in the struggle: the people of Mykolaiv, the people of Kherson, the Armed Forces, security forces, medics, businessmen, local authorities and ordinary people who stood side by side and repelled the enemy in February-March 2022.
“I thank every Ukrainian soldier and officer for the fact that together we beat the enemy, not paying attention to any fatigue and any forecasts and “analytics”, – he noted.
