“A woman was found under the rubble in Kryvyi Rih. She was handed over to the doctors, who are providing all the necessary medical assistance. This is the 13th victim of a rocket attack on the city. One man died,” he wrote in a telegram.
“Ten of them were hospitalized. Four are in serious condition. These women are 72, 65 and 42 years old. And a 78-year-old man,” he said.
Russian troops attacked a residential building in Kryvyi Rih on December 24. Initially, the local authorities reported six wounded.
