Russian troops attacked the Nikopol district, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration Serhii Lysak reported on November 19.

“A 46-year-old woman was injured in Nikopol region due to enemy shelling. She was given the necessary help,” he said.

The head of the region added that 10 private houses, two farm buildings, a power line, a gas station and a gymnasium yard were also damaged in the district.

The Russian army also attacked the Zelenopodil community – according to the regional authorities, no one was injured there.

Russian troops regularly attack the Nikopol district.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes committed by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are targeted.
