Details: According to information available to the ombudsman, hostile special services may be preparing a number of protest actions in large cities of the south and east — Odesa, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv — as well as in Kyiv.

More details: According to the commissioner, Russia plans to use these measures as a tool to destabilize the internal political situation in Ukraine and create pressure on the Ukrainian military-political leadership — especially against the background of active consultations between Ukraine and the United States regarding the terms of ending the war.
