Details: The meeting of Dmytro Lubinets with the human rights commissioner Tetyana Moskalkova on the territory of the Republic of Belarus took place with the assistance of the ICRC.

Ukraine handed over lists of prisoners of war (the parties discussed their verification), as well as lists of illegally imprisoned civilians.

The parties exchanged parcels and letters for prisoners of war. Ukraine handed over 1500 packages with warm clothes and other necessary things.

The bodies of the fallen soldiers were also repatriated.

It is indicated that Lubinets and Moskalkova discussed ways of further cooperation for the return of prisoners of war, civilians and the resolution of humanitarian issues.
