The Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets published the results of an alleged investigation into the United Nations, which confirms that the terrorist attack in Olenivka organized the Ministry of Defense of Russia in July 2022. At the same time, it turned out that this study was not related to the UN.

Details: On June 30, the Ombudsman’s official pages appeared that the UN Internal Analysis showed that murder in Olenivka is a carefully planned crime of the Russian Federation.

In confirmation of his words, Ombudsman attached a hypercard that led to the full text of the investigation, to which the UN experts seemed to be involved. According to journalists of the edition “Investigation.Info”, it was created on May 22, 2025, and within a few days there appeared the text of the investigation into a terrorist attack in Olenivka. However, there are no other texts on the site.

Lubin has admitted that mistakes had made.

Investigation.Info journalists also sent a request to the Center for Human Rights in armed conflicts, but did not receive answers.

Prehistory:
