Lubinets noted that the most common complaints are illegal restriction of freedom and movement during detention, delivery to the TCC, a cursory inspection of the VLK, violations during consideration of the issue of granting a postponement.

After the start of the Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, martial law was introduced and general mobilization was announced. Since then, the Verkhovna Rada has been extending martial law and mobilization every three months. Reports of scandals and conflicts between TCC employees and citizens on the streets of cities and villages regularly appear in the Ukrainian information space. Negative information about the mobilization spreads quickly through social networks.
The Ukrainian military and government officials claim that this is the result of the informational and psychological operations of the Russian Federation.
