The Russian army attacked the Sinelnikov district of Dnipropetrovsk region twice during the day, said the head of the regional military administration Sergey Lisak.

He specified that the first shelling damaged two private homes.

“And in the evening-a blow to Dron-Kamikadze. The car was engaged. The man was killed. Another is hospitalized in serious condition, ”Lisak added.

In addition, the Russian army attacked the Nikopol district from artillery and with the help of drones.

The strikes were damaged by the transport company, cars and dwellings. In this area, according to the authorities, no one was injured.

The other day, the chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council Mykola Lukashuk called on residents of frontline communities to determine, stay or leave the danger zone independently.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
