Details: Sociologists asked the respondents a question when, in their opinion, the war may end. Only 18% of Ukrainians expect that the war will end by the end of 2025. Instead, 27% talk about 2026, 32% – about 2027 and later. Every fourth respondent (23%) answered “I don’t know”.

At the same time, most Ukrainians (62%) continue to respond that they are ready to endure the war as much as they need (in early June 2025, the figures were identical). Another 4% replied that they were ready to endure for about a year.

The survey was conducted during September 2-14 by telephone interviews on the basis of a random sample of mobile telephone numbers on the territory of Ukraine under the control of the Government. 1023 citizens of Ukraine aged 18 years and older, who lived in the territory of their home country, were interviewed. The statistical error does not exceed 4.1%.
