The sentence of the court was found guilty of committing the crimes under Part 3 of Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and a sentence of 5 years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right to occupy positions in state authorities for a term of three years, with confiscation of all its property, was imposed.
The judgment of the court shall enter into force thirty days from the date of pronouncement, if it is not appealed on appeal, added to the SAP.
