He stressed that their lives are constantly in danger.

“And this is now due not only to combat operations, but also to the weather conditions that are deteriorating daily, and the critical infrastructure is completely absent: there is no electric, no water or gas supply, there is no social services,” he emphasized, and called for people to evacuate.

Besedin said that the enemy constantly applies to Kupyansk artillery, mortars, tanks. According to him, the greatest threat is FPV-arose, which hunt for civilians.
