KSCA: On the Libidskaya found a suspicious item, metro station is closed

In Kiev at the Libidskaya metro station they checked a “foreign object” and found that it was not threatened, the Kyiv City State Administration reported on July 29.

“Libidskaya metro station works for entrance and exit. Trains run in normal mode, ”the KSCA stated.

Earlier in the capital’s authorities stated that at the Libidskaya found a suspicious object, for safety reasons, the station was temporarily closed for entrance and exit for passengers.

“Trains follow without stopping the Libidskaya station. An explosive group was called to the scene. The station will be reported additionally, ”the message said.

The Kiev Metro under the conditions of war has an important function, its underground stations serve as shelters during the air strikes of the Russian Federation in the Ukrainian capital.
