Details: Currently, OGP prosecutors carry out procedural guidance to the pre -trial investigation in 50 criminal proceedings on crimes committed during the Revolution of Dignity.

In 2018-2019, the current Prosecutor General Kravchenko carried out procedural guidance in three criminal proceedings to excess of the SBU department in the Khmelnytsky region of official powers when applying firearms to the participants of the Revolution of Dignity on February 19, 2014 under the walls of the Security Service of Ukraine.

The court proceedings in these cases are still ongoing.
Prehistory:
- On February 19, 2014, during the events of the Revolution of Dignity under the walls of the Khmelnytsky SBU, a shooting occurred. At that time, two people were killed, Ludmila Sheremet’s 72-year-old Khmelnytsky woman and 21-year-old Dmitry Hill from Chemerovechchyna, ten were injured.
- On February 20, the Chief of the SBU of Khmelnytsky region Victor Krator was arrested and sent to the military prosecutor’s office. He pleaded guilty. Representatives of the military prosecutor’s office reported that a criminal case was initiated against him.
- On March 11, 2025, the Khmelnytsky City District Court justified the former head of the SBU of the SBU Victor Krator and the Special Forces Fighter Alfa in the case of the murder of local Maidan activists under the SBU building on February 19, 2014.
