The circumstances of the death were not stated there, but it was specified that it happened on November 1 during the Russian attack in the east.
“Before joining the ranks of the Armed Forces, Kostya was a photographer, media producer, and also created podcasts. After the start of a full-scale war, he worked with the “War Archives” project as a photographer recording the struggle of Ukrainians. Kostya joined Ukraïner in 2020 as a volunteer. He went on his first expedition still with a cane, because he was recovering from a road accident, but recently he recalled that the joy of filming then surpassed all inconveniences. After the start of the full-scale invasion, Kostya was, in particular, a member of the Ukrainer team, which traveled to record the stories of de-occupied cities and villages,” the message reads.
Ukrainer noted that at the beginning of 2024, Kostyantyn Guzenko joined the army, namely the communications department of the 35th separate marine brigade.
