According to the head of the KMVA Timur Tkachenko, according to the situational center, a short circuit in the air conditioner damaged a pipeline with a freon that connects the external and internal blocks, and because of this a damaged window window of the balcony was damaged.

Earlier, the mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko reported that in Obolon district on the night of January 31, according to preliminary data, as a result of the fall of the fragments of a whipped Russian drone, an apartment was damaged: a broken glass and a damaged balcony.
