On January 5, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi appointed Serhiy Kyslytsa as the first deputy head of the Office of the President Kyryl Budanov.

Earlier on Monday, the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Kyslytsa from the post of First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

The head of state explained that in his new position, Kyslytsia will continue his work on the negotiation track. Kislytsia is one of the key negotiators in the peace process and in meetings with US representatives.
