At a meeting with the President of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, Renaud Muselier, they discussed the key areas of cooperation: – the participation of the French region in the implementation of the Superhumans project in the Odesa region; – provision of modern medical equipment for regional hospitals, which will help improve the quality of medical services for our citizens; – support of services for the elimination of the consequences of enemy shelling by means of the transfer of specialized transport
He added that the main event was the signing of the Memorandum on cooperation between the Odesa region and the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region for the next 5 years. This document will become the basis for the systematic involvement of French partners in projects for the recovery of the region and the development of key industries.
“Special attention was focused on the Victory Plan of the President of Ukraine, which is a fundamental step for peace and stability. By consolidating international support, its implementation will become possible. We are confident that the joint efforts of Ukraine and France will bring concrete results that will contribute not only to the restoration of Odesa, but will also be a significant contribution in the European integration of Ukraine and strengthening the partnership between our nations,” he added.
Odesa has become the epicenter of international meetings. So, recently the foreign ministers of Ukraine, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Finland and Iceland paid an official visit to Odesa. In October, the Head of the Odesa Regional State Administration Oleg Kiper met with a group of deputies of the Parliament of the Italian Republic headed by the Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Deputies, Mr. Giorgio Mule.
In May, the Governor of the Ankara Province of the Republic of Turkey, Vasip Sahin, arrived in Odesa on an official visit.
