Russian troops attacked a drone by a civilian car in Kherson, a wounded man, said Roman Mrochko, the head of the city military administration.
“At 13:30, the invaders dropped the explosive from the drone to a civilian car in the Dnieper district of Kherson. The man, 58 years old, suffered a mine-breeding injury, as well as fragile wounds of the back and head, ”he wrote in the telegram.
According to him, the victim is under the supervision of doctors.
