Kherson was partially de -energized due to Russian strikes, Roman Mrochko, the head of the city military administration, reported on the morning of February 17.

“There is no power supply in Dniprovsky and central districts. A difficult situation in the ship area, ”Mrochko wrote in the telegram, adding that energy is gradually eliminating damage.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions. In particular, the army of the Russian Federation regularly attacks the de -industrial part of the Kherson region, dropping out ammunition from drones on people.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
