According to him, the enemy is now using these jet-powered air defense systems individually in different regions, testing how these weapons work and how the Defense Forces react.

Guided aerial bombs with a jet engine (KABs) began to fly to Odesa, Mykolaiv region, Kharkiv region, and Dnipropetrovsk region.

The day before, the OVA announced that Russian troops had used anti-aircraft missiles for the first time to attack Odesa region, and this was a “new serious threat” to the region.
Last week, local authorities reported that Russian forces attacked Mykolaiv with guided aerial bombs for the first time since the beginning of the full-scale war.
The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.
The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
