The song was written by Svitlana Tarabarova, the music producer of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Representatives from 17 countries will compete in the final of the Eurovision Children’s Song Contest. The winner will be determined based on the results of the votes of the audience (50%) and the jury of 17 participating countries (50%).
