Kremlin officials, including Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov and CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund Kirill Dmitriev, hinted that the European states seek to delay the war in Ukraine to return this ancient Russian narrative to the Western information space to undermine the US.
Experts say that the Kremlin often uses Dmitriev to protect the interests of Russia, including the peace process in Ukraine and sanctions, on English -language platforms and in the media.
On August 31, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev criticized President of France Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz in his English -language accounting account on the participation of France and Germany in the efforts of the United States to end the war in Ukraine.
Medvedev stated that Merrt and Macron “forgot the lessons” of World War II, and that “everything can end as in 1945 – (Macron and Merz) can also recognize their teeth.”
Medvedev is reminiscent of American atomic bombs for the threats of France and Germany for the support of Ukraine in the peace process. Medvedev also stated that Russian achievements are “bad news” for Macron and Merz.
