Details: Iran’s Ministry of Oil confirmed the fact of the attack, noting that the incident occurred at an object that is part of the world’s largest pure natural gas field. According to the ministry, the fire was extinguished, but the degree of damage has not yet been reported.
Iranian agencies Fars and Tasnim reported that the attack occurred in the 14th phase of the deposit.
The second blow, according to Fox News, fell on a gas facility near the city of Banda-Abbas. The Israeli official to whom the publication referred to, said that this blow was “signaling” and had “to send a clear message to the officials in Tehran.”
