Israel and Hezbollah accused each other of violating the ceasefire the day after the ceasefire began.
Source: Reuters
Details: The Israeli military said that the truce was violated due to the arrival of “suspicious” cars in several areas of southern Lebanon.
At the same time, the state news agency of Lebanon reported that the Israeli military opened fire on civilians who were returning home after hostilities. This is exactly what Hezbollah MP Hasan Fadlallah said.
Lebanese state media and security sources reported that Israeli tanks shelled six areas in the border area on Thursday morning, November 28.
In Israel, however, they insist that the arrival of the cars was a violation of the truce. Even earlier, Israeli tanks shelled five towns and some agricultural fields in southern Lebanon, reported state media and Lebanese security sources. At least two wounded were reported.
