Investigators of the Russian Anti-Corruption Fund have found a new palace of the ruler of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, on the shores of the Black Sea – this time in the temporarily occupied Crimea. The new Putin estate has a personal clinic with an operating room, a huge spa center and a helipad.

Literally investigators: “Initially, on the site of this palace was the building of the boarding house “Cape Aya”. But then Viktor Yanukovych liked the place, who demolished everything there, cut down relict trees and began to build a summer cottage for himself. After Putin annexed Crimea in 2014, Yanukovych’s property was taken and transferred to state ownership. Now here is a real palace.”

Details: The main house is reported to be over 9,000 m², the guest house is almost 5,000 m². Also on the site there are separate buildings for personnel, technical facilities and a new helipad. And below is its own embankment, a pier and an artificial beach with white sand.

According to FBK, the construction cost about 10 billion rubles (almost 130 million dollars – ed.)

“This palace was built with the same money and according to the same scheme of “purses” as the palace in Gelendzhik. According to the documents, the object is organized through a chain of companies. The formal owner is LLC “Bereg”, which is related to the company “Golden Gate” with classified owners. The same lawyers appear in the powers of attorney as in the story with the palace in Gelendzhik – Belkin, Ulyanov and Shakhov. In the technical the orders for the interiors clearly state the requirements of the FSO, which excludes the version about a “private dacha”: the FSO protects only the president,” the investigation says.

The key contractor was the Credo management company, which previously built and maintained Putin’s official and unofficial residences in Gelendzhik, Valdai, and Krasnaya Polyana.

Investigators have released floor plans and photos of the interiors of the palace – the main building and the guest house.

In the main house on the top floor, there is a huge bedroom, in the far corner of which there is an “air irradiator-recirculator” (these are often placed in hospitals, polyclinics and other medical institutions – they contain ultraviolet lamps that disinfect the air, kill bacteria and viruses, and such were noticed in Putin’s office and Kremlin apartment – ed.).

In the huge bathrooms – with an area of ​​50 square meters – there is marble on the floor and walls, and the stairs, handrails and jacuzzi are gilded.

FBK notes that only faucets, hooks for clothes and holders for toilet paper (in the form of roses in one bathroom and in the form of dragons in another) cost more than 22 million rubles (more than 280 thousand dollars).

A private hospital is located on the floor below. It has a general practitioner’s office (with an ultrasound machine, a massage table, test equipment, an electrocardiograph, a physical therapy machine, etc.) and a dentist’s office (with a dental unit, an X-ray machine, an operating dental microscope, ultrasound, etc.).

Also on this floor there is an operating room with ventilator, defibrillator-monitor, anesthesia machine, patient monitoring equipment, X-ray, equipment for gastroscopy and colonoscopy, etc.

It is also noted that the Putin Medical Center includes a washing and sterilization room, an oxygen concentrator room, a medical waste storage room, and a pre-operative room, which has more than three hundred pieces of equipment and instruments.

On the same floor, in the left wing, there is a spa center with a swimming pool, a giant TV, contrasting fountains (which are in all Putin’s palaces), a shower costing 6 million rubles ($77 thousand – ed.), a hammam, a dry floating room, a massage room with, among other things, a chair for washing the feet, as well as a cryochamber.

On the basement floor there is an entertainment area with an 8-seat cinema, a clubhouse, a billiards room, a cigar and wine cellar (or a tasting room with refrigerators for ham and cheese), a giant concave aquarium 3 meters high and 5 meters wide, an outdoor pool and an aqua disco.
