Intense Combat Reported on Eastern Front in Ukraine

On February 13, significant military activity was reported along the eastern front in Ukraine, with a total of 194 combat engagements occurring since the start of the day. Of these, 54 took place in the Pokrovsk region alone.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine provided an update at 22:00, detailing the intensity of the conflict. According to their report, the enemy launched one missile strike, conducted 46 airstrikes, and dropped 129 guided bombs. Additionally, they deployed 2,398 kamikaze drones and executed 2,240 shelling attacks on populated areas and Ukrainian military positions.

In the North Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, only one engagement was noted. Meanwhile, Ukrainian forces successfully repelled eight attacks in the South Slobozhansky direction, with three more ongoing clashes reported.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy conducted one attack towards Bohuslavka. Ukrainian defenders halted 12 assaults in the Lyman direction and ten in the Sloviansk direction, preventing enemy advances.

The situation in the Kramatorsk direction saw one offensive action by the enemy near Nykyforivka, while in the Kostiantynivka direction, there were 16 assaults on Ukrainian defensive positions. The Pokrovsk direction remained particularly active, witnessing 54 attacks from the enemy.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, Ukrainian units stopped two enemy attacks, while the Huliaipole direction faced 29 assaults. The enemy also attempted to attack Ukrainian positions three times in the Orikhiv direction and made one unsuccessful offensive move in the Dnipro direction.

The eastern front in Ukraine has seen a surge in military activity, with 194 combat encounters reported on February 13. The General Staff detailed extensive enemy operations, including missile strikes and drone attacks, highlighting the ongoing intensity of the conflict.
